Returns Policy

1. If any product purchased through Nokori is found to be defective, please notify Nokori by email at hello@nokori.com.au within 30 days of receipt of the product. All faulty products are inspected before an exchange or credit is processed. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the relevant 30-day period have lapsed.

2. In the event you wish to return a product that is not defective:

◦    You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the product.

◦    It is important that the product remains unused, and in its original sealed packaging

3. All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, as Nokori does not provide shipping for exchanges or returns.

4. Please inform Nokori if your products are damaged during transit within 7 days of its receipt. 

5. There is no exchange or return for discounted sale products, unless they are defective.

6. No refunds will be paid out until products have been returned to our warehouse, inspected and approved.

7. At the discretion of management, a 10% re-stocking fee may be applied for products not found to be damaged or defective.

8. Nokori is not under any duty to accept any products returned and will do so only on terms to be agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis.

9. If Nokori agrees to accept returned products, the customer must return the products to Nokori on such terms as agreed between Nokori and the customer.
